I expect the PRO gamers to do this, I expect them to Min MAX everything. This is the difference between PRO gamers (Streamers and other that do it for cash) and casuals. Because only a saltoverload would make you post in the first place and then deny it all.

Just take a look how much time someone has spent overall in the season so far, calc hrs/day and you know if its a legit one. Some actually share their results and guess what, everyone copies their builds. I respect players who do that, its dedication for the game. Ikr, some time to invest besides playing around. Theyre achieving this difficulties by knowing mechanics, proper character placement, communication, everyone doing his job wonderfully, and so on. most things are oneshotting you if not played "correctly". Still, people keep on forgetting that it is a game, it serves the purpose of fun. Summing things up: The Diablo series has never been very demanding since it is a grinder. The only thing you needed skill for in these days were PvP lowlvl tournaments. Due to paragon lvls now even more due to the time aspect and less the luck aspect which mattered way more in D2, since the droprates are now ridiculously high, time is the only thing seperating pros from casuals. It was always like that, and it will always be.
